Business Development Manager Job Description

TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with assigned vendors to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Communicate vendor strategies and benefits to TD SYNNEX organizations.
  • Manage rebate programs and develop plans to support business unit direction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and drive new vendor opportunities, focusing on the development of new services that blend unique vendor resources with TD SYNNEX capabilities.
  • Communicate with TD SYNNEX product groups to negotiate prices and share market knowledge.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned vendors' technologies and programs.
  • Manage activities and programs to drive vendor performance and achieve TD SYNNEX's financial goals.
Requirements
  • Three to five years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
