Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving supplier quality performance, ensuring defect-free products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier quality and on-time delivery.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including process maps and procedures.
- Lead process capability studies and problem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- ISO Audit Certification and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
