We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our Amazon Mexico Retail team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Work with selected vendors to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.
- Look after a brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed monthly reports on performance.
- Lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
- Provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions.
- Propose changes to operational processes, drive a high standard in customer satisfaction, ensure high-quality product detail pages, and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Experience managing large amounts of data.
