Talent Acquisition Role Overview:

This Senior Recruiter position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify candidates who align with our specific business needs and company culture.

The role involves using various methods, such as sourcing, networking, advertising, events, and job fairs, to partner with hiring managers and oversee all aspects of the hiring process.

This position ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruiting process, including release of candidates.

This role guides managers through the hiring process from requisition opening to new team member hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnering with teams to deeply understand hiring needs and project plans.
  2. Developing individualized hiring plans tailored to each department or open role.
  3. Collaborating with leaders to establish screening criteria and interview questions.
  4. Reviewing resumes, screening qualified candidates, sourcing, and presenting candidates for open roles.
  5. Coordinating interviews and phone screens with hiring managers.
  6. Leading internal interview debriefs and communicating status to candidates.
  7. Drafting offer letters with compensation and benefits information.
  8. Collaborating with HRBPs to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
  9. Using talent pool insights as needed.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  2. A strong desire to identify and connect with top talent aligned to our mission, values, and goals.
