About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Meat Specialist to join our team at The St. Regis Mexico City. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job
- Prepare and portion ingredients for cooking, including chopping, storing, and labeling food.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cook food according to presentation standards and food preparation checklists.
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance and food logs for all food products.
- Monitor food quality while preparing food and set-up and break down work stations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
