About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
  • Manage a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in delivering application development projects
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Sr. Developer or technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
