About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Planner to join our team in Sahagun, HID, MX. As an Industrial Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency by ensuring accurate demand forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to create a coherent demand forecast.
- Check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute to the anticipation process by consolidating information, ensuring approval process consistency, and performing netting when Sales Orders are placed.
- Maintain the integrity of data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to reflect the latest updates.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain & Planning department.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience or understanding of industrial planning and demand forecasting in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and core planning tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Advanced communication skills in English (spoken and written).
