You will also be responsible for tracking approvals, pre-work assignments, and test scores, as well as managing the operational elements of selected programs on virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules with internal and external trainers and managers or business stakeholders
- Manage wait lists, enrollments, and cancellations
- Communicate with learners by sending invitations, agreeing changes to enrollments, etc.
- Track approvals, pre-work assignments, test scores, or similar depending on the training
- Manage the operational elements of selected programs on virtual platforms
- Responsible for making all necessary arrangements for in-person trainings, including securing training facilities, catering, and ensuring all materials are available on-site
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience; Learning and Development experience strongly preferred
- Experience with a Learning Management System required; Workday Learning strongly preferred
- Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
