**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accountant / Account Payable Bilingual Specialist to join our team at IGE, an Experiential Marketing Agency. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash outflows, reviewing client contracts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Cost Management**: Collaborate with our Administration Leader to ensure accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices, review client contracts, and verify transaction information related to job costs.

2. **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, work with them to resolve cost discrepancies, and issue deposit checks for materials or services required.

3. **Staff Interactions**: Meet with the Administration Leader to identify vendor and specific invoices that should be paid, perform weekly check runs, and inform Project Managers and production personnel of any issues with vendors that may impact required purchases.

4. **Miscellaneous**: Assist the A/R Lead as requested, ensuring that A/P duties are up to date.

**Requirements**:

1. **Bilingual**: Fluent in English and Spanish.

2. **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.

3. **Skills**: Strong excel user, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and high level of communication and vendor relationship skills.

4. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or related work experience.

**Agreements & Background Checks**:

Non Compete, NDA's, Non Soliciting, Background Check & Drug Test required.

**Schedule**:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm MST, with occasional overtime required.

**Physical Setting**:

We are a dynamic and fast-paced marketing agency, and this role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
