We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr Tooling Engineer to join our team at International Automotive Components. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tooling solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in tool design, manufacturing, and process improvement, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related study, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling and fixtures, design, material processing, cost analysis, material handling, and personal computing.
A strong understanding of APQP project management, GD&T specifications, and statistical analysis methods of problem-solving is also essential, as is proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
