- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations around housing and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on client-facing roles.
- Exceptional English skills, with a neutral accent and fluency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of financial data related to property management and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and calm under pressure attitude.
- Ability to work from home with a modern computer, stable internet connection, and quiet workspace.
- $8.00 - $12.00 Per Hour (USD) based on experience.
- Annual bonus opportunity.
