Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CS3 Training Innovations. As a key player in our sales team, you will work closely with our appointment setters to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that offers unlimited earning potential based on your performance. You will be responsible for lead conversion, client relationship building, CRM management, daily training, and taking action to close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on qualified leads from the appointment setters and convert them into sales.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and communicate how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Clinical Management: Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, track progress, and stay organized.
  • Daily Training: Participate in daily sales training sessions to sharpen your skills and improve your results.
  • Take Action: Make outbound calls, follow up on warm leads, and close deals with confidence.
  • Results-Oriented Work: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings potential.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Confidence and comfort with phone-based sales.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use GoHighLevel and other tools.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Access to a reliable computer, camera, microphone, and internet connection.
  • Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
