Job SummaryWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the validation plan process, creating, reviewing, and approving documentation related to changes in the work cell, and ensuring quality indicators are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Ensure all industrial safety and quality requirements are met, and coordinate quality activities related to the execution of protocols, validation tests, and special projects.
- Process Improvement: Develop and conduct experiments and statistical studies to determine sources of process variation and maintain or improve product quality.
- Quality Indicators: Monitor and manage quality indicators, such as CAPAS, NCMR, customer complaints, and RMA, to ensure they are met in a timely manner.
- Corrective Actions: Conduct investigations, document, and implement corrective actions to address process non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Team Leadership: Supervise quality technicians and inspectors, provide guidance and instruction, and support their professional development.
- Collaboration: Participate in external or internal audits, provide technical support, and collaborate with customer quality engineering.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
