Key Responsibilities- Engineering Change Management: Coordinate, support, and follow-up on engineering changes for the manufacturing plant, ensuring correct documentation, approval, and implementation.
- Manufacturing Support: Guide and support manufacturing teams in following up on indicators, with flexibility to assign and change priorities, and support continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the expert on the product, supporting manufacturing, quality, and design teams to ensure correct product documentation and information archiving.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets customer specifications, Bosch standards, and government regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including warranty investigations, specifications, applications, and other technical inquiries.
- Purchasing Support: Support purchasing teams on supplier evaluations, clarifications, cost reduction projects, and follow-up on tools.
- Test Planning: Create test plans to validate changes for implementation, ensuring product quality, and generating final reports for testing.
- Risk Assessment: Support all risk assessments of the product, its design, and manufacture to evaluate fit, form, and function impacts.
- Problem Solving: Analyze product issues and failures, providing support for root cause analysis through a systematic approach.
- Technical Documentation: Generate and maintain new product technical documentation, including AMEF, DRBFM, SC List, and other relevant documents.
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Engineering Change Request Process knowledge.
- Technical Risk Assessment skills.
- Problem Solving Techniques expertise.
- Bill of Materials Management experience.
- 2D & 3D Drawing Reading / Interpretation skills.
- Validation Test Plan Definition and Execution knowledge.
