Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Marriott Cancun An All-Inclusive Resort. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Prepare special meals or substitute items according to recipes and quality standards.
2. Kitchen Management: Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
3. Quality Control: Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish; maintain food logs; monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
4. Teamwork: Communicate assistance needed during busy periods; inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials; inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.

Requirements:

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.
