Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of SiiLA's products, data, and the commercial real estate market to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging a consultative selling approach to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Engage with prospects through persistent outreach, effective listening, and thoughtful presentations to communicate SiiLA's value proposition.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Take initiative to experiment, refine processes, and share ideas to help SiiLA scale in the Mexican market and beyond.
- Represent SiiLA at industry events and forums, networking to expand market presence and generate leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders, maintaining trust and delivering value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably within commercial real estate, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong business sense with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to dive into data, technology, and market trends to build expertise and credibility.
