**Career Overview**

At United Airlines, we are seeking an experienced Aviation Technician Lead to join our Technical Operations team.

**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

This role is based in Mexico and requires the ability to work on a variety of aircraft types, including the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform all aspects of aircraft maintenance work, including servicing, repair, and proper work documentation in accordance with company procedures and specifications
  • Exercise Aircraft Release Authority as required
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership to other A&P Mechanics

**Requirements:**

  • Valid country (DGAC) Aircraft Maintenance Certificate and valid FAA A&P licenses
  • Completion of local Mechanic Qualification Requirements
  • Three years experience on B737 and Airbus A-320 or similar type of aircraft
  • Prefer five years experience on B737 and Airbus A-320 or similar type of aircraft
  • Literacy in English and Spanish
