We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Legal Team at Mindbody, a leading provider of technology solutions for the fitness and wellness industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial contracting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or contracts manager.

**About the Role**:

The successful candidate will support our attorneys in managing commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, working closely with Legal Operations, Attorneys, and business partners on a wide range of matters. This includes preparing and maintaining contract templates and libraries, assisting with the preparation, review, proofreading, managing execution, and filing of various commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial contracting, including agreement drafting, preparing redlines, managing templates, and negotiating basic legal documents.
  • Support senior members of the Legal Team on commercial transactions and research, providing actionable answers to help finalize deals.
  • Provide guidance to business teams on contract terms and processes, offering basic technical and non-technical support for users.
  • Work closely with Legal Operations to manage, expand, and improve our contract lifecycle management system and processes.

**Requirements**:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a commercial-focused paralegal or contracts manager.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive, confidential material discreetly.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Curious and open to learning new things, with good judgment and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with CLM platforms, electronic signature platforms (such as DocuSign), CRMs (such as Salesforce).

**Benefits**:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
