**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the site Supply Chain team to achieve service level excellence, reduce logistic costs, and streamline physical flows from suppliers to customers.
  • Implement and deploy Valeo Supply Chain standards, guidelines, and methodologies across the site and with suppliers.
  • Ensure seamless supply chain support for New Project Introduction and Engineering Change activities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to site teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain and update the Supply Chain Quality System to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics optimization and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
