Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the workplace environment to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Experience
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the workplace, considering factors such as space utilization, employee collaboration, flexibility, and well-being.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and other key stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that foster a positive employee experience, including events, wellness programs, recognition programs, and community engagement activities.
- Facilities Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including coordinating facilities maintenance, vendor management, security, and workplace technology infrastructure.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing office layouts that maximize space utilization, support collaboration, and reflect the company's brand and culture.
- Sustainability and Innovation
- Identify and implement sustainable workplace practices, including energy efficiency programs, waste management strategies, and green building certifications.
- Develop and implement workplace technologies and tools that enhance employee productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration, such as smart building systems, space reservation platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Employee Support
- Support employees through workplace changes, such as office relocations, expansions, or transitions to activity-based working, by providing clear communication, training, and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction, architecture, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and/or administration.
- Knowledge of critical installations.
- Knowledge of supplier management for specialized services.
- Understands the basic technical aspects of the property (HVAC in communication rooms or site, cooling system, PCI systems, mechanical and electrical system, BMS system).
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields.
- Contract administration experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of staff and client demands.
- Demonstrable experience with tenders and service improvement initiatives required.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
- Strong PC knowledge and ability to manage daily activities using multiple systems.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent English.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month.
