About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our commercial strategy team at Teletrac Navman. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in examining key business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and tools to support business groups in visualizing and monitoring sales, operations, and marketing performance
- Conduct ongoing data mining efforts to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Generate insights and present findings to senior management using data visualization and presentation programs to inform business decisions
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs for business planning and execution
- Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives, current reporting capabilities, and challenges related to the business function
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant Bachelor's degree a plus
- 3+ years of prior business analyst experience supporting sales or business operations
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Analytics Platform Usage, and Excel
- Ability to quickly understand and map systems, processes, and operations
- Experience in a dynamic and agile environment requiring high adaptability, management of multiple projects, excellent cross-functional communication, and presentation skills
- Continuous improvement attitude: ability to suggest and implement best practices
