Sourcing Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Category Manager to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient implementation of new or changing items/services, P2P channel management, and supplier relationships.

The main objectives of this role include:

• Defining and implementing strategies for the locally managed sugar and cocoa categories, utilizing the Strategic Sourcing Process tools, templates, and policies developed by Nestrade.
• Performing supplier market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and developing TCO understanding.
• Preparing and executing negotiation events seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance to Nestle's business principles, policies, standards, and Procurement Policy.
• Establishing relationships with stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and price planning processes.

Key responsibilities also include:

• Integrating innovation, renovation, and post-award cost improvement elements from suppliers into Nestle's innovation and renovation processes.
• In partnership with SRM Experts, leading the planning and regular contract SLA reviews with suppliers and other functional partners.
• Ensuring effective contract management follow-up activities are in place.
• Providing information and support for Procurement Ensure Supply process PES.

• Demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through development and implementation of sourcing strategies over a sustained period.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects.
• Demonstrated successful use of risk management, analyses, responsible sourcing, and supplier relation management.
• Negotiated successfully in cross-functional and cross-market teams.

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
