**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) project team.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring specific project plans, schedules, and deliverables are available across all NPI products. The successful candidate will work closely with the NPI Managers and Senior Management team to identify, escalate, and resolve roadblocks.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience in NPI/Program in computing and storage. Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver all process requirements for qualification products
- Liaise with other sites' management to help identify Best of Practice process opportunities
- Maintain quality vision on all new project introductions and drive continuous process improvement
- Interface with customers and provide delivery status
- Facilitate and drive manufacturing product build reviews, give prompt feedback to customers
- Set up and manage team project plans with targets, execution, and success completion dates
- Coordinate and drive prototype demand
- Ensure all materials are available when needed
- Oversee the timely build of prototype hardware
- Drive rework for prototypes
- Prepare for production launch with BOM, packaging, and labeling
