IT Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at One&Only Mandarina. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the IT Manager in the proper control and administration of all systems, devices, and equipment at the resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the correct use of equipment and systems by colleagues, as well as ensuring the correct maintenance of hardware. This includes:

• Assisting the IT Manager with all requirements
• Daily review of servers and equipment devices
• Daily review of TV network
• Providing timely assistance to guests and colleagues needs
• Setting up all IT requirements for groups and events
• Reviewing audio systems in outlets and public areas within the Resort
• Maintaining computer and printer devices connected to the internal network
• Reviewing backup systems
• Maintaining inventory of computers and users updates

In addition, the IT Specialist will oversee server functionality during weekends.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
• Knowledge and good practices in IT
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of CCTV, IPTV, IP Telephony, and Networking
• Familiarity with Opera, Alice, and Symphony Systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
