Job Overview

As a key member of our team at TE Connectivity, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of E-mobility product platforms. We are seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead our efforts in developing and executing advanced development projects and platform programs that drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Advanced Development Projects (ADPs) and Platform projects to achieve Product Business Plan (PBP) objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure PBP's have proper planning for ADP's and Platform programs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to follow the Platforming process, prioritizing program delivery and effective resource optimization.
  • Provide leadership to Project Managers executing Programs, ensuring plans are created and executed to business goals.
  • Ensure Platform programs meet profitability targets through proactive cost planning, delivering projects on time, on cost, and on quality.
  • Effectively manage risks and changes across projects, finding synergies to reduce resource requirements and provide higher value to the platform programs.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure project and technical issues are properly escalated and resolved.
  • Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountabilities to all team members on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Automotive Industry experience or equivalent Platforming experience.
  • Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in a technical field, Engineering preferred.
  • Formal program and project management education and/or PgMP/PMP certification a plus.
  • 3-5 years in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Engineering Management.
  • Leading global or multi-regional teams in a matrix organizational structure or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 25% as required.
