We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Environmental Sustainability and Continuous Improvement initiatives. As an Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our Environmental Management System (EMS) and promoting a culture of sustainability within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive EMS plan aligned with our business strategy and strategic priorities.
- Lead the education and development of skills, competencies, and effectiveness among plant/functional leadership and area EMS/CI Change Agents.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of EMS/CI principles, tools, and practices.
- Identify and implement digital technologies to enhance continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies, and promote a culture of safety, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading lean/continuous improvement implementations.
- Lean experience and certification preferred.
- Well-versed in modern tools and methodologies of process improvement.
