Job Summary

This role is responsible for promoting products and services within designated market areas. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this challenging position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote products and services of Lifecycle & Customer Services, including Preventative Maintenance Contracts, Extended Warranty Agreements, Advanced Calibration Services, Laser, rConnect, Step-Tec, NADCAP, consumables, and related items.
  • Manage individual contact records in MS CRM indicating pertinent discussion details for future follow-up calls.
  • Contact current and prospective customers through customer lists, business directories, the internet, and other sources to qualify leads and explain products and services offered.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior direct or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
