About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our logistics and customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and providing exceptional customer service to our international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the entire order process, from receipt to delivery, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with production, demand planning, and sales teams to coordinate delivery dates and ensure efficient communication with forwarders, warehouses, and dispatching departments.
  • Process and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner, providing outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Monitor and manage EDI messages and ASN transmissions to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to implement and monitor work instructions and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support small projects and coordinate with the quality team to implement new projects or engineering changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or International Trade.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on supply chain and customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and customer portals (e.g. Ford, Honda).
  • Fluent/advanced English language skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
