About This Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Collaboration Analyst. As a key member of our customer service and logistics team, you will be responsible for improving value and service to our customers, while also optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Use data to drive decision-making and optimize plans to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
- Work with the order fulfilment team to report on key performance indicators, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding, and promotional sales using customer data.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and experience in customer service and logistics. You should have a solid understanding of fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods companies and be proficient in SAP and MS Office.
