Accounts Strategist

About the Role: As a skilled Accounts Strategist at Hewlett Packard, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer receivables and determining effective communication methods to facilitate timely payments. Your expertise in dispute resolution, negotiation, and risk mitigation will be essential in ensuring seamless transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquencies and develop targeted strategies for prevention.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve disputes related to payment on delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with internal partners to recognize trends and resolve non-payment issues.
• Initiate and manage dispute resolution processes to ensure prompt resolutions for both HP and customers.
• Develop and recommend account strategies to minimize delinquencies.

Requirements:

• A first-level university degree in business or economics is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in collection, accounts payable, or logistics.
