About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily tracing reports, coordinating with entry writers and brokerage managers, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily tracing reports and ensure accurate data entry and documentation
  • Coordinate with entry writers and brokerage managers as needed
  • Review documents for accuracy, including piece count and customs regulations
  • Implement changes to the filing system as directed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good follow-up abilities and strong organizational skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • 6-12 months of experience in logistics or a related field
  • An International Business College degree or related title
