**Competitive compensation package:**

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Job Summary:**

The Manufacturing Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the manufacturing process at our plant in Mexico. This includes ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards by monitoring production processes and implementing corrective actions as needed.

2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results.

4. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, and provide insights to support business decisions.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management).

2. 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
