We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels, and initiatives to optimize spend allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth, and provide insights on product usage, customer behavior, and user experience.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to extract meaningful insights regarding website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and implement tracking mechanisms to capture relevant data for analysis.
  • Work with various first-party data sources to derive valuable insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage first-party data effectively.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators and metrics, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability, and collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and maintain data integrity.
  • Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B testing to validate findings, and collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on marketing and product analysis, and proven experience with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, experience with statistical analysis tools (R, Python, etc.), and knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business processes and a strategic mindset for aligning data analysis with organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated annual salary: $420,000. Ability to commute is required. The work location is in person. Ability to relocate before starting work is required.
