About the Role
In this exciting opportunity as a Risk Management Partnering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business in developing and implementing risk management strategies that minimize risks while maximizing opportunities for growth and success.
As a Risk Management Partnering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Director, Strategic Risk Advisory & Partnership in reviewing and challenging risk mitigation efforts for a portfolio of functions
- Building and leading a team of risk management professionals to support the business in identifying and mitigating risks
- Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and tools to support the business in making informed risk decisions
- Providing risk management training and education to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage risks effectively
- Supporting the business in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Partnering Manager who has a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or risk management
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop strategic plans to mitigate risks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with risk management software and tools, such as risk assessment and mitigation tools
