Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Engineer to join our team in Digital Products. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products and applications. Your expertise in front end development, combined with your passion for innovation and collaboration, will help us deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of front end features and applications using React Native and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including User Experience, Product Management, and IT, to design and deliver digital products that meet business needs and exceed user expectations.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front end code, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of front end applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front end development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front end development, with a strong focus on React Native and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality front end features and applications, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, architecture, and software engineering principles.
