The Electrical Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the success of our projects at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and within-budget delivery of electrical projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling, to meet customer specifications and project timelines.
- Manage and control project resources, including personnel and vendors, to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware/Software Engineering, Pneumatics, Manufacturing, and Electrical Assembly, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support the calculation and control of changes or ECR & ECO as necessary, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
- Organize and control Electrical Project Coordinators and continuously improve the Electrical Project Coordination process.
- Ensure the financial delivery of assigned projects, adhering to approved budgets and timelines.
- Manage and continuously improve the customer experience with our organization, working closely with collaborative teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Lead and manage human teams, including associates, suppliers, and others, to achieve project goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating electrical projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
