Honor Bar Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Honor Bar Attendant to join our team at the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel.

As an Honor Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for facilitating positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar, maintaining its cleanliness and appearance, and utilizing software and handheld devices to record sales and inventory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintaining awareness of products availability, product expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations
• Preparing a restocking cart and pushing it to the floors where rooms are ready to inventory
• Responding to requests from guests and communicating any issues regarding the honor bar operation with hotel management

You will be working as part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
