Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design training materials for Continuous Improvement tools, including e-learning modules and PowerPoint presentations.
Document and update internal processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the LEGO Continuous Improvement Capabilities projects, working closely with the team to drive improvement initiatives.
Document and update methodologies and tools for Continuous Improvement, ensuring that best practices are shared across the organization.
Support the promotion of Continuous Improvement programs, helping to drive a culture of improvement throughout the company.
Education: Active student from 7th semester and above, preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Availability to remain in the role for 12 months.
Knowledge of Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and a plus if you have experience with Microsoft Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Forms.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proactive and responsible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of cooperation and teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
