About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support for financial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform period-end closing and reporting in accordance with Novartis standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Novartis business, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Review accounts for accuracy in SAP and FCRS reporting, and perform variance analysis and plausibility checks
  • Ensure proper accounting of financial transactions and maintain adequate accounting records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • Spanish and advanced English language skills
  • Experience in SAP environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude
