Key Responsibilities- Manage cross-functional engineering projects, working closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.
- Define and create project schedules, portfolio manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Identify resource constraints and work with management to resolve issues, while adhering to LeanPD processes.
- Lead regional cross-functional teams, setting goals and motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on project status, including schedules, project costs, and business case.
- Monitor project execution, detecting and developing corrective action plans as needed.
- University degree in Engineering (preferred).
- Project Management experience in product development or advanced development of industrial products.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering assignments on mechanical and electrical components.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple organization functions.
- Strong communication skills in English (speaking and writing) to facilitate global communication.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, Prince 2, or similar) and understanding of agile development methodology.
- Strong knowledge of technical tools specific to Project Management and general engineering tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
