**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Newmark. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with the facilities team to administer property-related documents, including memoranda, letters, and reports.
  • Respond to tenant service requests and maintain a professional image with internal and external callers.
  • Compile information and prepare reports, including Lease Abstracts, Vendor Insurance Certificates, and Property Emergency Call Lists.
  • Develop and maintain property filing and tracking systems.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation and development.
  • Administer and print property accounting reports.
  • Prepare and review vendor invoices.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and E-Mail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
  • Strong business vocabulary, grammar, and effective communication skills.
  • Discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
