Facilities Management Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Newmark. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with the facilities team to administer property-related documents, including memoranda, letters, and reports.
- Respond to tenant service requests and maintain a professional image with internal and external callers.
- Compile information and prepare reports, including Lease Abstracts, Vendor Insurance Certificates, and Property Emergency Call Lists.
- Develop and maintain property filing and tracking systems.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and development.
- Administer and print property accounting reports.
- Prepare and review vendor invoices.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and E-Mail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
- Strong business vocabulary, grammar, and effective communication skills.
- Discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
**Working Conditions:**
