Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the transplant data and quality team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of registry data.
- Participate in chart reviews and audits to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Communicate outcomes to leadership and provide recommendations for optimal compliance and quality improvement.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide cutting-edge care to patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of QI standards, clinical chart review and abstraction, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize administrative and business software packages to manage quality data and support clinical operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Two years of related experience in quality improvement, clinical data management, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to complete projects and tasks on a timely basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with clinical and technical staff.
