Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Credit Card Product Manager to lead our product development efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving product innovation, leveraging fintech trends, customer insights, and regulatory frameworks.
You will play a crucial role in defining and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. Your expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products will enable you to optimize product performance and drive user growth.
Requirements- Proven experience as CPO, VP of Product, or similar leadership role in fintech, banking, digital banking, or payments.
- Deep expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize product performance and drive user growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
