About the Role- Lead a team of maintenance coordinators to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of projects
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance processes
- 5+ years of experience in property management maintenance coordination
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
