Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
