Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing objectives.
- Source, screen, and select top talent for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
