About the Opportunity
Incode Technologies is seeking an experienced Android/iOS Mobile Software Developer with hands-on experience in cross-platform frameworks like React Native and/or Flutter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cross-platform wrappers for Android and iOS SDKs that provide identity verification solutions.
- Contribute to the growth of a dynamic, international development team that helps customers integrate our SDKs into their cross-platform apps.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions that revolutionize biometric technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
- Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management.
- Experience developing Mobile iOS and Android Native Apps.
- Experience developing Mobile Apps based on frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Xamarin.
- Experience with scripting or batch processes using different technologies.
- Familiarity with HTTP client tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Familiarity with applications based on microservices architectures and containerization tools like Docker.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Experience integrating third-party Web or Mobile SDKs is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution.
- Understanding of support organizations and key indicators that drive supportability.
- Proficient English, fluent Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal.
- Proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way.
- Confident and able to build relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Naturally curious, eager to learn, and proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task and be resourceful.
