Citi seeks a highly skilled Financial Services Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services sales, a strong understanding of the retail competitive landscape, and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work across the organization, businesses, and control groups to deliver client solutions.

The role requires a self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented individual who is a team player with excellent time management/prioritization skills and solid judgment. The ability to identify and drive new product and client opportunities is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on coverage of broker dealers and assisting the team covering some of Citi's most important Platinum and Priority Clients
  • Proactively reaching out to current and potential broker dealer clients to provide product ideas and improve existing client services
  • Continued development of the platform to improve the client experience
  • Working with the entire 3rd party team on servicing Platinum and Priority Clients to ensure targets are met

The Financial Services Sales Professional will be expected to adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services. They will also be required to fulfill clients' needs while providing an exceptional client experience.

  • Ability to work across the organization, businesses, and control groups to deliver client solutions
