Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role

The Director of Finance is a key member of the Tideri Jobbörse team, responsible for driving financial performance and overseeing all finance activities within the company. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profit for our shareholders and owners
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure robust control and compliance environments
• Lead the development of best-in-class finance teams through participation in relevant finance development programs
• Foster excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hotel finance, commercial, IT, procurement, human resources, operations, shared service centers, owners, and asset managers

Requirements

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate effective goals, objectives, and priorities with a long-term perspective
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills (all levels of management and external customers)
• Financial Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, operational analysis, knowledge of departmental and hotel operations
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and making sound decisions, leadership and organizational skills (team orientation, flexible, adaptable)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
