Experienced production scheduler sought by Bose Corporation, S.A. De C.V. to lead the planning and scheduling of designated production areas.

About this role

We are seeking a skilled Planner/Analyst II to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, issuing, and controlling production schedules and material requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule equipment and personnel to ensure efficient production workflow
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Traffic, and Contract Administration
  • Analyze inventory usage, scrap, and shrinkage, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor scheduled versus actual activity for variances and report attainment of schedule versus plan
  • Investigate issues and implement recommendations for resolution
  • Oversee the accurate maintenance and data input of scheduling/materials flow information in the SAP system
  • Lead project analyses to assess materials flow accuracy and process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Planning area
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP, MPS, and MRP methodologies
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Ability to work independently and interface with management and staff of multiple departments

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
